She would soon move into the sample making department where she was involved in the cutting and the operations of completeing the samples. It wasn’t long before  Linnie was heading up product development and material utilization. During this period is when Linnie began her venture into Pattern Making , 1st patterns as well as production patterns.

By 1980 Linnie was heading up digitizing, marker layouts, and drawing for the pattern systems at Hansley. In 1982 Linnie made her next big step in the apparel industry moving into management. Not only did she assist in plant operations she also helped oversee plant maintenance and training of new operators. During this time Linnie was also involved in start up operations from plant development to the plant layout. During her time in management Linnie worked and managed research and development departments as well as quality control throughout the entire plant.

 
 
It was in 2010 when Linnie decided to broaden her scope in apparel and decided to venture into the production of high quality, custom tailored leather racing jackets. Because of her expertise and overall knowledge of the apparel industry and the high quality of her product, demand has increased by over 75% in the last year alone. Her  desire to produce the absolute top of the line product is driving R/T leathers to the top of the class. In the coming months Linnie is looking to expand R/T Leathers fine leather products.
